Chief Finance OfficerThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial matters of the organization. As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, the CFO partners with the CEO, CCO, and CAO to implement policies and strategies across the organization. The CFO must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, deadline-oriented workplace. The CFO exercises independent judgment and action within the context of the areas of responsibility and Axis Health System (AXIS) goals, recognizing that they, at all times, represent AXIS and its mission.Site with Opening: Axis Health System Durango, COHiring Organization: Axis Health SystemsSalary: $193,000.00 - $204,589.00, annuallyQualifications: Requires a graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or CPA. Minimum of 10 years' progressive financial and strategy experience with at least three (3) years' experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably in a community health organization. Experience with Managed Care, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance. Proficient in Microsoft Office, products, particularly Word, Excel and Teams with significant experience with budgeting software, general ledger systems and Electronic Health Records.
