Come join our team! We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude to provide assistance for our agency. This position will assist in daily agency operations and coordinate all marketing activity. This is a part-time position with flexible hours ranging from 10-20 hours per week. Some Saturday shifts will be required.

Responsibilities- client retention duties including client outreach notifications, organizing client appreciation socials, renewal notices, billing notices.
- perform new client onboarding tasks
- assist with acquisition efforts where needed
- work closely with owner and Associate agent to develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategy
- must be able to clearly communicate with current and future clients
- enjoy working in the community
- experience in social media
- able to execute and perform required tasks.
- proficient in time management
- enjoys working as a team but self-driven
- basic understanding of Microsoft tools, Canva, AI platforms, and other resources
