Store Clerk (Outlet)

Location: Gentry, AR

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday 9 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM

Keep shelves stocked, displays sharp and customers happy. This Store Clerk role keeps product moving from storage to sales floor while delivering great service every shift.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills required

Experience Requirements:

• Retail stocking, merchandising or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Strong customer service skills with comfort working directly with the public

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand, walk and use hands to finger, handle or feel throughout the shift
• Ability to talk and hear clearly with coworkers and customers
• Occasional sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception required
• Physical stamina and patience for a moderate noise level and steady pace

Job Duties:

• Stock storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise
• Price, rotate and restock goods on shelves
• Set up advertising signs and product displays
• Clean cases, displays and counters
• Convey, sort and place product from storage areas onto shelves
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed and complete requisition forms to order supplies
