Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized litigation law firm seeking a Paralegal to join our team.

Job Description:

The paralegal will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Litigation experience preferred
• Position requires a detail oriented, organized individual with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Strong time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent judgment and discretion
• Experience in products liability, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation a plus
• Knowledge of legal formats, procedures, terminology, court-related platforms (e.g., PACER, state court systems), and legal billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and LexisNexis
• Experience with Juris and Aderant Total Office is a plus
• Ability to function and contribute as part of a team
• Work well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environment

Starting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience.
