Job Type Full-time Description Senior Welder Falcon Manufacturing, a division of NOA Brands America Inc., is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. Falcon provides economic manufacturing to large volume clients through highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Falcon is looking to add a Senior Welder to our Welding Department. Responsibilities Weld metal parts according to blueprint specifications using TIG/MIG Inspect materials to be welded Set up, operate, and maintain equipment Use hand tools Run repetitive production parts as needed Maintain work area Perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols Ability to read blueprints and measure parts Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more Dependable Detail oriented Energetic and eager to learn Bonus Points Experience in metal shop production Experience in welding aluminum/stainless steel Experience with Miller Welding Robot Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Location Somerset, NJ Job Type Full-time, 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Overtime as needed.
