• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health.
• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Licensed as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
