The Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will serve as a key driver of growth across targeted regional accounts, with a focus on developing new business and expanding relationships outside of the company's largest existing customers. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capturing market share within a defined multi-state territory, working closely with manufacturers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders. This is a remote, customer-facing role requiring consistent travel (approximately 3 weeks per month) to support business development and relationship management efforts.

Benefits and Compensation:

• - Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
• - Total compensation: $140,000 - $160,000+ (uncapped earning potential)
