Customer Service Associate

A leading luxury brand is hiring a Customer Service Counter Temp to support their mid-town Manhattan location. This role would be onsite in NYC for 3-4 months. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Customer Service Counter Temp Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, manage check-in procedures, and communicate wait times effectively.
• Maintain supplies and ensure the front counter is stocked with necessary materials.
• Manage shipment logistics, including receiving and creating shuttle shipments.
• Review messages from other departments to facilitate watch handling and transfers.

Customer Service Counter Temp Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience for a corporate company or well-known brand.
• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of managing time efficiently and organizing multiple tasks, with a basic understanding of watch operations.
