You’ll sell insurance products and spearhead initiatives that address community needs, positioning our agency as a trusted ally. Responsibilities Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement Manage day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring policies align with their needs Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values Develop and manage a book of business by offering tailored insurance solutions Leverage social media and local media to highlight community initiatives and client stories Collaborate with local organizations such as schools, agricultural groups, and chambers of commerce to create partnership opportunities Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience is an advantage Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain) Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact Proven track record of being a self-starter Compensation $66,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
