Senior General Accountant Compensation: $38.94 - $49.13 per hour. Location: Aliso Viejo, CA. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Created/Revised Date: 09/23/2026. Anticipated Closing Date: 09/30/2026. We are seeking a Sr. General Accountant to support our client's team. Job Summary Support inventory cost/transaction accounting and international subsidiary accounting Manage inventory and COGS for the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close for international subsidiaries, including reclassification and accrual entries Prepare warranty and inventory reserves, and cost of sales reclassification entries Assist with development of standard costs and analyze cost/margin variances Support annual physical inventory counts and ERP adjustments Assist with consolidated financial statements and departmental expense reporting Serve as SME for general accounting processes; provide training to junior staff Contribute to audits, tax prep, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting Requirements 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for large data sets Experience with inventory-related financial transactions and reporting Knowledge of Expandable or similar ERP software Experience with external financial audits Strong analytical, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred Benefits Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
