Job location: Renewal by Andersen, Gaylord, MI. Candidates must reside in Gaylord or nearby communities as the job duties are onsite. Position Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials. Fills requisitions and orders. May operate forklift. This role relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and involves a variety of manual tasks under general supervision. Position Responsibilities Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts and enter computer system Stage materials for pick-up or shipping Move materials on and off shelves Assist in staging customer orders Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, including sweeping, snow shoveling, debris removal, and maintaining a safe environment Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts Maintain inventory levels; record and report specific usage Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools Assist with lifting large units in the warehouse or on installation job sites Deliver materials to job sites Other duties as assigned by the leader Minimum Qualification, Skill And/or Competency Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record; knowledge of power tools Organizational skills, detail oriented; ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable Ability to physically lift up to 83 pounds Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools Basic math skills; legible writing Pay Range $18.05 - $26.15 Culture And Benefits At Andersen, employees are at the heart of everything we do.
