Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $22.12

Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing parts with accuracy to ensure quality and prevent damage
• Physically and systematically placing inbound freight, with flexibility for process deviations
• Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages promptly to supervisors
• Conducting searches to locate misclassified inventory and resolve issues efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers safely and effectively

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related fields
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
