Overview Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Senior Director, Global People & Culture (P&C) Advisory & Operations to join our team in Calgary, AB / Tucson, AZ / Morton, IL . Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture , this role will lead our global People & Culture advisory and operations function, building scalable frameworks, governance, and service delivery models that ensure employees and leaders receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle while enabling strategic workforce decisions across a global organization. Responsibilities As Senior Director, Global People & Culture (P&C) Advisory & Operations you will be responsible for these activities: Develop and execute the global People & Culture advisory strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, workforce priorities, and enterprise risk management. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global P&C Advisory team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Serve as the executive escalation point for complex employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, conduct issues, and organizational change, while establishing governance frameworks and decision-making standards that ensure consistency and compliance globally. Drive operational excellence by designing, governing, and continuously improving People & Culture processes, service delivery models, and operational frameworks in partnership with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and regional P&C leaders. Qualifications Must Have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant expertise in HR advisory, employee relations, or HR service delivery within a global organization. 10+ years of people leadership experience, including leading global HR advisory and operations teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. Deep knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, workforce governance, HR risk management, and experience partnering with senior leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges. Nice To Have Experience in a high technology, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives, including restructures, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale change management programs.
