Youth Wraparound Facilitator & Trauma-Informed Case Manager
PECAN VALLEY MH-MR REGION
Pecan Valley Mh-mr Region is seeking a qualified candidate to provide intensive case management through Wraparound facilitation for youth (ages 3-18). This role requires collaboration with schools and social service agencies, travel across the agency’s coverage area, and possible YES Waiver utilization. A QMHP-CS status and strong communication skills are essential.
