Role Summary

We are looking for organized, resourceful individuals to join our remote team as Travel Planning Specialists. This position involves helping clients take their vacation ideas and turn them into well-researched, coordinated plans.

You will assist with researching accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, activities, and other vacation services while keeping client preferences, schedules, and budgets in mind. Requests may include resort stays, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, couples getaways, group experiences, cruises, and international travel.

What You'll Do

• Gather details about client destinations, dates, budgets, interests, and special requests
• Explore available vacation options using approved research and supplier resources
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, and packages
• Narrow down choices based on individual client priorities
• Prepare clear vacation recommendations and planning information
• Assist with coordinating selected services through approved reservation platforms
• Organize booking confirmations and essential trip details
• Keep track of deposits, final payments, and other important deadlines
• Verify names, dates, and reservation information for accuracy
• Follow up with clients regarding decisions and outstanding planning items
• Provide updates and respond to routine trip-related questions
• Maintain organized records for each client
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, and vacation products

• Customer-service focused and comfortable working with clients
• Careful attention to accuracy and deadlines
• Able to manage several tasks and follow-ups independently
• Comfortable using online tools and researching information
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willingness to learn supplier and reservation systems
• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
