In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in assisted living. You will follow established policies and procedures while providing compassionate care to residents.

Quadriplegic experience
Tracheotomy care- G-J Tube
S/P Catheter care
g-button care and use
Excellent Documentation
Requirements:
Currently have LPN license and in good standing.
Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
Current CPR Certification.
Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
