Go Flow Concierge Wellness is seeking a motivated and dependable Per Diem Mobile Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care for work-related musculoskeletal injuries at patients' homes or workplaces.

Whether you're employed full-time, working part-time, or operating your own practice, this opportunity allows you to generate additional income without disrupting your current schedule.

This position is ideal for therapists who value flexibility, independence, and personalized patient care.

This is not a high patient-load position. Instead, it is designed for Physical Therapists looking to supplement their current income with a flexible, low-volume caseload while maintaining complete control over their availability.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage each patient from the initial evaluation through discharge.
• Provide evidence-based treatment, patient education, and timely documentation.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with professionalism, reliability, and clinical independence.

Service Areas

Coverage is currently needed in:

• Miami Beach
• Central and North Miami-Dade County
• Southern Broward County

Schedule & Flexibility

• Create your own schedule.
• Accept only the patient referrals that fit your availability.
• Weekday daytime and late afternoon/evening availability preferred.
• Weekend availability is a plus.
• Perfect for therapists seeking a flexible side opportunity without the commitment of a traditional high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• One (1) year or more of clinical experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes and worksites.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing outstanding patient care from evaluation through discharge.
