Operations Support Specialist Mailroom Inbound

GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE

This individual is responsible for sorting, scanning and proof of delivery of inbound mail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all daily inbound packages and mail. Open and sort inbound mail by client, document type, and other parameters. Create batch sheets for sorted mail by document type and client. Utilize organization's Scan Station to upload batch sheet barcodes to the server. Maintain attention to detail at all times. Troubleshoot the operation of production equipment. Maintain documentation of the sorting batch as it flows through the sorting process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Maintain service level agreements and track daily/hourly metrics. Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Language Ability: Proficient in the English Language Computer Skills/Equipment: Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet Software and Order Processing Software.
