Shared Living Provider (Subcontractor)

Job Description

This role is ideal for caretakers and teachers at heart. Shared Living Providers (SLP) share their home and life experiences while providing habilitative services. Habilitation services provided will vary, based on the assessed needs and personal preference of the person receiving support. SLP is a continuous (24/7) role, which requires advanced planning, flexibility and effective communication skills. SLPs must provide the service participant with their own legal bedroom and have reliable transportation.

Required certifications and licenses include:

Driver's License
Medication Aide
CPR/First Aid
Mandt Certification

Routine training and certification is made available through My Life LLC. If you have a minimum of two years experience supporting a person with a developmental disability and would like to learn more about this role, we encourage you to apply today.
