Licensed Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Composed Mind Therapy is a growing private mental health practice in Manasquan, NJ, seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our team.

This position is ideal for a clinician who wants the flexibility and autonomy of private practice without having to build a caseload, manage billing, or handle the administrative demands of running a solo practice.

We offer a hybrid work structure, flexible scheduling, steady client referrals, and administrative support so clinicians can spend more of their time focused on providing excellent therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents based on your areas of competence and interest 
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner 
• Maintain professional, ethical, and licensing standards 
• Coordinate care with other professionals when clinically appropriate 
• Maintain an agreed-upon caseload and schedule 

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualifying independent behavioral-health license 
• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field 
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills 
• Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical clinical practice 
• Outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred
