Warehouse Receiving ClerkBlackstone Shooting Sports is a state-of-the-art facility. Our guests can shop, shoot, train and even entertain.We are looking for a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our dedicated team. Located in Charlotte, NC this position will be key in ensuring that our guest experience is superior by ensuring accuracy of product descriptions and pricing.Roles and Responsibilities:ReceivingReceive invoiced truck inventory and categorize packages by vendor and purchase orderDocument any missing or damaged packagesMatch and receive all invoices against PO'sVerify extended cost against invoiced totalVerify GP% before submissionEnsure accuracy of shipping charges and applied creditsSubmit receiving reportsInventory ManagementAssist in all cycle countsAdministrativeLabel all firearms appropriatelyContact guests for received special ordersAssist in/outbound deliveriesSupport the warehouse admin team with visual merchandising, stocking, and sales event initiativesMaintain a clean and orderly workspaceOrganize newly received product of ease of stocking/backstocking
