Position : Business Analyst

Location : Rochester, NY

Duration : 6 months

Job Description :

Mandatory Skill Required:

Required qualfications and experience
At least 3 years experience with requirements gathering, documentation and management, specifically creating business and functional requirements and specifications and requirements traceability matrices.
At least 1 year Experience in information technology methodologies including working with developers, operational staff, service desk staff, and business users.
At least 3 years Experience and proficiency in facilitating meetings and interviews with end users at all levels of an organization
At least 1 year Experience communicating in a professional manner with Executive Management
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with staff
The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders
Experience with working on projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methodologies during large scale enterprise projects.
Consultant must have conducted at least 3 multiyear projects, or 5 or more projects less than 12 months in length
At least 1 year of experience with creation of formal test cases and scripts
Basic understanding of ITIL v3 best practices
