You will work as part of a collaborative clinical team to support our mission of empowering patients to achieve their health goals through innovative and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Patient Care Evaluate patients, review medical records, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs. Administer therapy to restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent disability. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises to reinforce care. Documentation and Compliance Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions, including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Collaboration and Supervision Consult with referring physicians and collaborate with the Clinical Director and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and clinical aides, ensuring compliance with state practice acts. Professional Development Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical expertise. Stay informed about advances in physical therapy practices and apply them to patient care. Clinic Operations Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinic environment.
