Opening Ops Director — New Museum Launches

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Director of Operations for New Museum Openings to manage the lifecycle of new locations from planning to stabilization. You will partner across teams to ensure operational readiness and lead through the opening process. This role requires 7 to 10+ years of multi-site operations experience in hospitality. You will ensure each opening meets the established timeline and standards while supporting a culture of joy and creativity.
