Responsibilities

Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to final sale
Listen to customers' needs and match them with the right Honda to fit their lifestyle and budget
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus - but not required; we'll train the right person
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
