Geriatric Social Worker - Aging in Place & Housing Support
FIND AID FOR THE AGED INC
Project FIND is a NYC-based nonprofit organization serving older adults. The Social Worker will conduct assessments, develop goal-oriented service plans, and provide case management, counseling, and housing assistance for clients aged 62+.
