- Ability to obtain Minnesota DOT Certifications
- Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent in experience is preferred
- Availability and willingness to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends
- Perform quality control tests for the specific product line
- Conduct quality control tests within established precision standards
- Report results upward and seek assistance to analyze data
- Perform some service, repair, and calibration of laboratory and field testing equipment
- Carry out regular updates to Quality Control and Quality Assurance test databases
