As a Vanguard Advisor, you will:

Establish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Partner with investors to help them plan for their financial goals.

Provide disciplined investment approaches, tax management strategies, and additional financial planning support.

Qualifications:

Certified Financial Planner® designation required.

Series 7, 63, or 66 (or the ability to acquire within 3 months of assuming the position).

Three years (Financial Advisor) or five years (Senior Financial Advisor) of advisory experience, specifically in advice planning, book of business management, and relationship management.

Demonstrated experience managing a book of business with a track record of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience applying trust and estate planning knowledge to help preserve clients wealth.

In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.

A positive and resilient change agent who fosters collaboration as both a peer and business partner.

Special Factors:

This role is designated as remote and must be performed within Florida. Employees are expected to maintain their primary work location within the Miami metropolitan area, with a preference for residing within a 50-mile radius of Miami , unless otherwise approved by Vanguard. Attendance at periodic in-person meetings, team events, training sessions, or other business-related travel may be required.
