Job Type: Contract (13 weeks +)
Schedule:

• 10 am to 8:30 pm (10-hour shifts)
• Flexible scheduling options available: four 10-hour shifts per week or a blocked 7 days on/7 days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide guidance to support staff
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize medication therapy and patient care
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles for dose adjustments and monitoring
• Perform other inpatient pharmacy duties as required

Desired Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrating clinical competence and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
