Warehouse Associate
Partners Personnel Management
Key Responsibilities:

- RFID scanners, and inventory management software. Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with high accuracy using barcode scanners, voice-picking systems, and automated packaging equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, ensuring the proper handling and labeling of products. Assist in loading/unloading trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery and handling goods. Adhere to company and legal guidelines for health, safety, and sustainability.
- Use mobile devices and warehouse management software to update inventory records, track shipments, and report discrepancies.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics,

- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and organize products (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Basic math and organizational skills for tracking inventory and order numbers.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a commitment to improving operational efficiency.
- Strong communicator, able to interact with both team members and leadership.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
