Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The role provides direct patient care while working with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. What you'll do Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients. Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Document patient assessments and clinical interventions. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding care plans. Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards. Participate in emergency and clinical procedures. Support continuity of care during admission, transfer or discharge. What we're looking for Current Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
