Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A retail pharmacy opportunity is available in Wisconsin for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide coverage during a vacation period. This per diem position offers the chance to support a community-focused pharmacy with a balanced workflow and dedicated patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately
- Supervise and provide oversight to pharmacy technicians
- Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
- Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmacy operations
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to supervise and support pharmacy staff effectively
