Job Opening: Residential Treatment Home (RTH) Program Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to lead our licensed Residential Treatment Home (RTH) in Albany, Oregon. In this role, you are responsible for successful daily residential operations in a home for adults experiencing a variety of mental illnesses. The Program Administrator is expected to provide development, oversight and implementation of complex treatment care plans, engage with clinical and medical personnel, supervise direct care staff and ensure full compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 309-035). To meet state-mandated qualifications, you must have at least 1 year of clinical experience AND 2 years of residential care experience working with adults with serious mental illness. You must also be fully literate in English, able to work on-site at the home for at least 20 hours per week, and successfully pass a comprehensive Oregon Health Authority criminal background check.
