This position will work weekends and holidays, no exceptions)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) matching (Up to 4%)Paid time offHoliday PayEmployee Assistance FundContinuing Education & Scholarship ProgramsMentorshipReferral BonusAdvancement OpportunitiesThe charge nurse position is responsible for:Performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residentsImplementing specific procedures and programsParticipating with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goalsDetermining work procedures and expediting workflowEnsuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulationsCommunicating with and supervising appropriate personnelProviding daily reports and other periodic reportsPerforming all the duties of a certified nursing assistant and CMA when requiredQualifications:Have an active State of Oklahoma RN License.Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.Must be able to work weekends & holidays.Frequent lifting & moving.
