C3 Presents (owned by Live Nation Entertainment) creates live experiences for millions of fans across the globe, setting the new standard each year for events that are as memorable as they are spectacular. One of the world's largest music festival producers, C3 is the force behind two of the most iconic multi-day festivals Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas and Lollapalooza in Chicago and its six international editions drawing a combined 2 million music lovers annually.

Headquartered in Austin, TX, with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Nashville, the company also promotes thousands of concerts annually in arenas, casinos and clubs throughout North America.

This part-time position requires 1525 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the 2027 Spring semester, beginning January 19, 2027, and concluding May 6, 2027.

What This Role Will Do

• Assist with coordinating and reconciling staff travel for events and general business needs
• Assist with reconciling travel-related invoices and expense reimbursements
• Support travel data analysis and reporting
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff- and attendee-facing technologies
• Conduct market research as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Learning Objectives

• Learn how the Travel Department plans, implements, and automates travel services for staff
• Gain experience using and implementing a variety of automation tools
• Develop firsthand knowledge of event staff travel operations and logistics
