Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Racine, WI, responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion. Daily tasks include defining project scope, schedules, and resource needs; coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients; and monitoring progress to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will manage expediting activities, track materials and equipment, and address any delays or issues that may affect timelines. This role also involves reviewing project documentation, supporting inspections, maintaining accurate records, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The Project Manager will contribute to process improvements and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and coordination of materials and services.
- Inspection skills to support quality control, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Logistics Management abilities to oversee material flow, transportation, and on-time delivery to project sites.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking tools); experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
