Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Coordinator Join an established employee-owned service company where coordination, communication, and accuracy keep daily operations moving. Our client offers a laid-back, team-oriented environment and is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who can stay organized, communicate confidently, and keep technicians and service teams on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling, dispatching, or strong data entry experience who wants to join a collaborative team and learn a new industry. The Opportunity As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll work closely with service managers to coordinate technicians' daily schedules, process completed service paperwork, and maintain accurate records. You'll also communicate with customers and local fire departments and fire marshals while helping the team stay on track with monthly reporting deadlines. What You'll Do Coordinate daily technician schedules in partnership with service managers Enter and process service paperwork submitted by technicians following completed jobs Communicate with customers, fire departments, and fire marshals regarding scheduling and service needs Maintain accurate records and complete data entry within the company's systems Assist with monthly reporting and ensure required information is completed by month-end deadlines What We're Looking For Previous scheduling, dispatching, data entry, or administrative coordination experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter information quickly and accurately Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach Experience with Epicor P21 is a plus, but not required Why This Role Stands Out Employee-owned organization with an established presence in the industry Laid-back, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of approximately 15 employees Training provided for someone who is eager to learn and brings the right attitude If you're organized, trainable, and enjoy being the person who keeps schedules and information moving in the right direction, this could be a great opportunity.
