Job Description We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Washington State for our Northwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady, 100% no-touch dry van freight. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed. Pay & Compensation Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,500 average weekly pay Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty) Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour Onboarding: Paid orientation program included Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round freight volume Schedule & Home Time Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established regional lane network Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable fleet support Job Details & Equipment Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety, reliability, and on-the-road comfort Additional Benefits Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Minimum Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements About Us We provide expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental United States.
