You will help shape our member’s shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts are ready and available. Assist members with loading vehicles and support a great member experience. Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and recommending products. Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area and conduct safety sweeps of the facility. Handle merchandise and correct unsafe situations according to company policies. Process member purchases and handle payments using cash registers. Assist members with product selections and offer alternative options when items are out of stock.
