Overview We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a role in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Responsibilities Provide clinical social work services, including assessments, counseling, and case management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and organizational standards. Complete required onboarding processes, including competency exams, mandatory assessments, and skills checklists. Qualifications Current LCSW license. Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Duties Deliver mental health and social services within healthcare settings. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
