Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $55-70 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on or relocation bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures Offer same‑day care opportunities to patients Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and review patients' medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and periodontal charting, take x‑rays, and save images in patient charts Show compassion to provide memorable patient experiences Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) Equal Opportunity Employment We do not practice unlawful discrimination, including harassment or tolerance thereof.
