Role Summary
The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, integrating, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and HCM requirements. The consultant will work with HR leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators to gather requirements, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, configure solutions, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead requirements analysis, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Workforce Analytics

Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and data migration activities.

Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party HR/payroll systems .

Support testing, deployment, user training, and knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with SAP best practices.

Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and support solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

10 12+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
-
Experience with 2 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations .
-
Strong hands-on experience across core SuccessFactors modules.
-
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and third-party HR/payroll applications.
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and Employee Central Payroll .
-
Strong experience in configuration, testing, data migration, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support.

Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) is highly desirable.

Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives.
