Healing Springs Wellness Center Plantsville, CT Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Pay: $52.00–$56.00 per clinical hour Join Our Growing Team Healing Springs Wellness Center is a trauma-informed, integrative mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals heal through compassionate, culturally responsive care. We provide a collaborative environment where therapists are supported professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about trauma-informed care and want to grow within a supportive, mission-driven practice. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and 90-day treatment plan reviews. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical consultation. Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant standards of practice. Qualifications Active Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience working with trauma and diverse populations EMDR training preferred; additional trauma-informed modalities such as Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, ART, TF-CBT, or DBT are a plus Ability to work at least two evenings per week Ability to work at least two days per week in our Plantsville office Reliable internet and a private space for telehealth sessions What We Offer Hybrid work schedule Flexible scheduling Robust administrative support including scheduling, billing, client screening, and marketing Professional liability insurance Clinical supervision and consultation EMDR training or professional development reimbursement for eligible full-time clinicians Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility for full-time clinicians meeting billable requirements Opportunities for leadership, workshops, and professional growth A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture Why Healing Springs?
