Scientist II/III, LCMS Bioanalysis

Position: Scientist II/III, LCMS Bioanalysis Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 Location: Exton, PA (On-site) Job Overview The Scientist II/III will play an integral role in growing the operations and customer base by supporting method development, analysis of various samples and performing studies/assays independently while delivering exceptional quality with a high attention-to-detail and ensuring client expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Design studies that meet sponsors' needs, or internal needs, in a scientifically sound manner. Support the analysis of samples from various DMPK and Regulated Bioanalytical studies. Execute HPLC and LC-MS studies that follow developmental and GLP guidelines. Review and execute study protocols governing bioanalytical studies, and sample analysis. Author protocols, technical summary reports and perform data processing and data review. Takes an active role in solving problems and trouble‑shooting studies. Analyze, process, and report study data. Author reports and actively involved in regulatory aspect of projects. Interact with different cross‑functional teams, including other scientists, management, vendors, and sales/marketing teams. Serve as the PI and SD in areas of expertise, as needed. Independently develop and validate methods. Actively participate in compliance related issues. Attend all required meetings and project progress reviews. Perform all other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Minimum of Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences or a related analytical field. Minimum of 4 years (for Scientist III) or 2 years for Scientist II of Development and/or GLP bioanalytical testing experience. Knowledge across other analytical platforms such as HPLC/LC-MS/MS intuitively linked to conventional detection is also preferred. Knowledge of and experience with analysis of oligonucleotides, peptides and ProTacs. Ability to function well in a fast‑paced and matrixed environment.
