The Successful Applicant A Successful Superintendents / Senior Superintendents Should Have Must have ground up experience Experience overseeing daily construction site activities. Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams. Ability to read and work from project plans and construction schedules. Experience monitoring work progress and identifying site coordination needs. Ability to communicate clear project updates with construction stakeholders. Experience reviewing completed work against project requirements. What's on Offer Permanent position. Salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Standard benefits. Construction role based in Boston.
