Inpatient Behavioral Health RN PRN Night ShiftBaptist Health LaGrange is adding a brand new 11-bed inpatient behavioral health unit. Our focus will be providing care for adults 18 and older who require hospitalization for behavioral health needs in a safe and structured environment. The unit utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to provide care for patients. Team is made up of registered nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, recreational therapist, and psychiatrist.Implement Patient and Family education planAssist the RN with patient assessmentCommunicate the patient's status to peers, supervisors, and patient's physician as appropriateEvaluate effectiveness of implemented nursing carePerforms job in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsYou have experience in behavioral health (not required)You have an active Registered Nurse certificationYou have or will obtain BLS certificationYou are positive and passionate about helping those in our communityBaptist Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
