Lead Superintendent – Tilt-Wall / Tilt-Up Industrial Construction Metro Atlanta, GA (Projects Throughout the Metro Area) $120,000 – $125,000 Base Salary + Paid Overtime After 45 Hours Vehicle Allowance / Company Vehicle Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401K National Commercial Construction Company with a Strong Presence Throughout Metro Atlanta About the Opportunity A nationally recognized commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up industrial and warehouse projects throughout the Metro Atlanta market. This individual will serve as the primary field leader responsible for driving project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from site development through final turnover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading Tilt-Wall / Tilt-Up industrial construction projects , including distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics centers, and large-scale commercial developments. This position requires travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area based on project assignments. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations for ground-up industrial and tilt-wall projects. Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, quality control, and project documentation. Conduct daily coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with project teams. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues to avoid schedule impacts. Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and project closeout activities. Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience 5+ years serving as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up projects Direct experience leading Tilt-Wall or Tilt-Up construction projects is REQUIRED Experience managing: Warehouse projects Manufacturing facilities Strong understanding of: Building envelope systems MEP coordination Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules in a fast-paced environment Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta project locations What We Offer Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $125,000 based on experience Paid overtime after 45 hours worked Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Long-term career growth with a stable, nationally recognized builder Opportunity to work on some of the Southeast's most significant industrial and distribution center projects Ideal Background Candidates currently working for industrial and tilt-wall contractors such as Alston Construction, Pattillo Construction, ARCO Design/Build, Evans General Contractors, Clayco, Gray Construction, Choate Construction, Brasfield & Gorrie, or similar industrial builders are highly encouraged to apply.
