Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Requirements Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related personal care role preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends About Us Prefix* is a trusted care provider serving the Sacramento, CA community with a commitment to dignity, respect, and quality care.
