Healthcare Product Manager Intern — Drive Impact

Responsibilities Oracle Health is building next‑generation healthcare technology platforms. As an intern, you will support a team of Product Managers and contribute to product definition, market research, and cross‑functional collaboration. Support a team of Product Managers that acts as the central resource and driving force for the conception, design, and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions. Gain an understanding of healthcare providers, payers, patients, and healthcare organizations, along with the healthcare technology market and competitive landscape, to drive product adoption and customer success. Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements for healthcare‑focused solutions and experiences. Influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on features that improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, interoperability, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather customer requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support agile product delivery. Track product metrics, customer feedback, adoption trends, and support data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Qualifications Exposure to healthcare and technology is desired. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for customers, users, and other stakeholders. Ability to work with and communicate internally and with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end‑users, partners, and senior leaders. Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
