Implementation Manager

Join our team as an Implementation Manager in a remote setting. This full-time role involves managing projects, onboarding customers, and ensuring customer success. Candidates should have experience in a startup or scaling environment and a background in SaaS.

Manage project timelines and deliverables. Lead customer onboarding processes effectively. Coordinate training and documentation efforts. Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Foster strong relationships to drive customer success.

4-5 years of relevant experience. Independent and self-sufficient individual contributor. Experience in SaaS environments required. Logistics experience is a strong plus. Comfortable working in a startup/scaling environment.
